I had fun making this tag! I had the metal foliage and some of the inks, otherwise I found some similar items from my stash. The Santa is from Graphics Fairy that I printed onto cardstock. I found the sheet music free online and printed it onto cardstock also.

I had to use an image rather than a stamp for mine too and it took ages to find!
