Here's my card for the Drunken Stampers #34 ~ Dry emboss and paint challenge this week.
I was so happy that the Spider Web embossing folder from Stampin Up came in the mail today! I knew exactly what I was going to do for this challenge- and the folder arrived just in time! I painted the black cardstock with Ranger Distress Crackle Clear Rock Candy paint, embossed the web onto the purple cardstock and stamped some spiders from Dark and Dreary (Stampin Up) onto it with the VersaMark stamp pad and added the black glitter to it. I took the photo on an angle- hopefully you can see the crackle paint!
I had so much fun with the Spider Web embossing folder I embossed some black napkins for my Halloween Party. Thanks for looking!!
I worked on this on and off all weekend!! It's a collection of the things I love and enjoy. I've used SO much stuff here. Bunch of different stamps from Stampin Up, flowers I made with my favorite die-Tattered Florals by Tim Holtz for my Bigshot by Sizzix, charms, magazine clippings I've saved and of course glitter!
Thanks for looking!
This is for Kard Krazy Tuesday Tag Challenge. First time I entered this challenge also!
I used the stamps All A Flutter, Style Beautiful by Stampin Up & Letter Background by Penny Black. I embossed it and used the blender pen to color the butterflies. I sponged Crumb Cake Ink (SU) along the edges to distress it (hard to see in the photo). Then dusted the tag with Pearl Ex. I like how it turned out!
This is my first time entering the Gingersnap Creations Challenge. Once again, I have to work on card photography! I used 4 different punches on this card. The dollie punch is by Marth Stewart and the other punches are by Stampin Up. The stamps called Vintage Vogue from Stampin Up.
This is my first time entering the Drunken Stampers Challenge! It's all about circles this week. I used Artistic Etching and Notably Ornate from Stamping Up. I need to get better at taking photos of my cards.....hmmm..
This is my first attempt at making at working clock! I had SO much fun! I mailed it to my mother in law in San Diego for her birthday. I was inspired by the new Stampin Up Catalog. I can't wait to make another!
This is a blog of my various digital and stamp creations. I enjoy photography & making handmade gifts and cards. Some of my favorite things to make my projects with usually include glitter, vintage and nature.
