Grungy Monday 06

This is my first time participating in this challenge. Just saw it today, & I missed the deadline! Oh well  I found it on Linda's blog Studio L3 :)

I did the effect on my card using snowcap dabber and Dusty Concord Distress Ink on a manila folder I cut up. We were to use Tim's 12 tags of Christmas 2007, Day 8  as inspiration for our project. I've seen all these tiny pin wheels on various cards on the web and made two of my own using some double sided cardstock from SU. Not sure if non- Tim products can be used so I may have failed this one. But I had a lot of fun anyway. The tiny tag was made using a new die I just got in the mail - Tim's Tiny Tag and Tabs Sizzix die.
